Business as Usual?

I'm expecting that Lydia will open the store today for regular hours 10 AM to 4:30 PM.  You might want to call ahead just to be sure before venturing out.  Bring in those Gift Certificates this week to redeem them for store product!  Lots of new items came in just before Christmas--papers from Graphic 45, stamps from Impression Obsession, House Mouse stickers in six different design packs.  We're expecting the memory Box Valentine Delights package any day!  New classes are on the calendar for January!

Due to the potential for serious snow later today and into Monday, Your Maine Stamper will be closed on Monday, December 27th.

Holiday and Winter Schedule Update

HOLIDAY AND WINTER SCHEDULE UPDATE

YOUR MAINE STAMPER WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAYS DURING JANUARY AND FEBRUARY, WITH NORMAL HOURS TUESDAYS THROUGH SATURDAYS, 10 AM TO 4:30 PM.

MONDAY HOURS WILL RESUME ON MONDAY, MARCH 7th.

RE:  WEATHER.....In the event of inclement weather, Your Maine Stamper may be closed.  If the Winthrop Schools are closed, Your Maine Stamper will be closed.  If in doubt, please call the store before venturing out in bad weather.

VALENTINE CARD WITH A CONTAINER FOR A CHOCOLATE TREAT
You will use templates and the box stamp from Outlines to construct little treat containers.  You will take home copies of the templates including a Charlene-designed original.  The Block-It stamp can be ordered for you if you'd like one and the box stamp is already at YMS.  Class samples will be on display after the 27th of December.

NEW ENGLAND LIGHTHOUSE CARD
You will use Prismacolor pencils and paint thinner/Gamsol to create a beautiful card.  Courtney will guide you in shading techniques.  Don't miss this one!  A sample is on display at the shop.

Monday and More Memory Box is in!

Just wanted to let you know that we reordered the Winterberry Wreath and the Holly Sprig from Memory Box and both are in!

 We've also ordered some favorites from them for Valentines Day:  Branch Heart (which is gorgeous when done up with Flower Soft), Owl Always Love You, and Deer Friends; and those are here.  There are also five brand new Valentines Day stamps on order that will ship in a week or so.  Then there's the What's Inside the Box surprise collection due out in January.  Oh my goodness!

Remember to suggest Gift Certificates for you from family and friends this holiday season!  We can write them out in any amount  for products and/or classes.

Lots of new products arrived last week!  You will want to check out what's up front on the holiday tables and what's on sale in the Sale Area...there's got to be something you just have to have!   The newest House Mouse is in

and the Stamp of the Month for December.  There's also some beautiful thin wood for stamping on that is amazing.  Some of our Maine-themed stamps and the Stamp of the Month work great on this new-to-us product.  There are more charms collections that have come in; and a single charm on a pretty piece of ribbon added to a card makes a lovely inexpensive gift.  It's not too late to get those holiday cards made and sent out--and we've got lots of papers, cards/envelopes, and embellishments.  Just a look around the shop will give you lots of ideas!

Connie works on Monday, so there's bound to be a Special-of-the-Day.  No idea what it will be, but it's always worth a stop by when she's working.  Lydia will be in the rest of the week and she has been featuring Daily Sales Specials as well.  The shop looks quite festive!  Remember to shop locally and support your Local Stamp Store!  We appreciate all you do to keep us going!
